F.A.Q's

WHAT IS A CERTIFICATION COURSE? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

  • A Certification Course is a required part of being able to service for a client. Certification courses are taught by a Qualified Instructor of the client to train and provide comprehensive information about the client and how to best serve its customers.

  • Certification courses average between two to six weeks long depending on the client. Courses are Monday thru Friday and are between 2-4 hours a day in length.

  • Certification is done online in the comfort of your home with different class times available to choose from that best fits your needs!

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING?

  • As an independent contractor, you are responsible for the costs and equipment required for you to get started.

  • At Home Virtual Solutions, LLC requires each agent to pass a certification course of their choice.

  • Certification is a small investment that can cost as little as $9.99, depending on which client you choose.

Why do I have to pay before I am able to work?

It's an investment in your future! You would pay for certification to be a Veterinary Assistant or nearly any other trade. To be a Veterinary Assistant, you would have to enroll in a certification course. Tuition ranges from $2,995 to $5,430 to be a certified Veterinary Assistant. You would have to commute back and forth to that certification class, pay for a babysitter if you have children at home. Certification to become a Veterinary Assistant is usually 12 months or more. After taking the final exam and passing, you would then receive your certification.

This is no different than becoming a Customer Service Professional! You must become certified to begin working.
